Bless you for having kids explore the situation in Darfur. Unlike the holocaust, which now appears, in retrospect, clear cut, good vs. evil, situation, it's mired in complications, but no less nefarious.
That, after all, characterizes genocide in the late 20th and 21st century. I'm proud to teach with someone who is addressing it and tying it in to a curriculum that kids may feel is ancient history.
